Settle Wildflowers - Day 108- Early morning constitutional walk to Langcliffe - 19 April

 It is 19th April. I still check the sycamore tree whose buds should have opened on 16th.  


7.30am The river is very low

I think I can say it is sort of bursting now. the green fly are there


The elm is in fruit

THe Cardamine pratense - Mayflower - is out beside the Lochs

Into Langcliffe  and out .. past the new allotments - the pond with its willow fence






















through  the fields, and now above Willow Wood, but the other side of the Railway Line.
